Zach Youn ’26 set a new school record in the 200 freestyle while he also helped the 4x100 freestyle relay team break its own program mark. Youn set a new standard in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:49.36 to break the previous record of 1:50.96 by Calvin Osborne ’21 in 2019. In the 100 butterfly, Peter Schanzenbach ’25 swam a career best 1:02.54 and earned the silver medal. In the final event of the day, the 4x100 freestyle relay team of Henry Gold ’24, Nicholas Tsui ’24, Ryan Le ’27, and Youn broke their previous record by two seconds with a time of 3:35.37. University High won the ISL Championship with 266 points followed by Latin with 166 points and Lake Forest Academy with 154 points.
