The Caxys returned from spring break with a match at Deerfield. The top squad faced tough competition while the B squad saw success up and down the roster. Molly Ryan ’27 and Victoria Du ’27 posted a three-set win in their doubles match while seven of the 10 singles matches went in favor of LFA. Heeji Moon ’27 played a particularly exciting match losing her first set, fighting back from 15-19 to win the second set at 25-23, and taking the third set with ease by a score of 21-10.

The Caxys faced traditional badminton power Fremd and came up short in their matches.

LFA took 18 out of 21 singles matches and all but one doubles match in their first competition of the season.
