No. 1 Singles: Jaxon Kelly ’26 made his singles debut and posted a 6-0, 6-0 sweep.
No. 2 Singles: Jim Nguyen ’24 was also dominant in his match with a 6-0, 6-1 decision.
No. 3 Singles: Teagan Hubbard ’24 also made his singles debut with a 6-2, 6-0 victory.
No. 1 Doubles: Carson Emery ’25 and Quinn Knight ’24 trailed in each set before rallying to claim the win. The duo came back to win the first set, 6-4, before falling behind, 5-2, in the second set. Facing a potential third set, the Caxys reeled off five straight games to take the 7-5 decision and clinch the win.
No. 2 Doubles: Robert Ding ’25 and Jimmy Yu ’24 overpowered their opponents in a 6-0, 6-1 decision.
No. 3 Doubles: Andrew Wong ’24 and Marvin Ma ’24 rolled to a 6-0, 6-0 sweep.
No. 4 Doubles: Isaac Park ’24 and Nishant Narayanan ’27 won in straight sets by identical scores of 6-3, 6-3.
The Caxys notched a 3-2 win over visiting North Shore Country Day.
No. 1 Singles: Carson Emery ’25 battled back-and-forth with his opponent in a 6-3, 6-3 defeat.
No. 2 Singles: Jimmy Yu ’24 played a three-set match that saw him win by scores of 5-7, 6-0, 10-8. After dropping the first set, he easily won the second set to force the third set super tiebreaker.
No. 1 Doubles: Jaxon Kelly ’26 and Quinn Knight ’24 started slowly, but rallied to take a 7-5, 6-1 victory.
No. 2 Doubles: Robert Ding ’25 and Jim Nguyen ’24 won in straight sets by identical scores of 6-3, 6-3. Nguyen was tough from the service line with seven aces.
No. 3 Doubles: Aarnav Shah ’25 and Marvin Ma ’24 dropped the first set by a score of 6-3. The second set saw the duo rally to tie the score at 5-5 before their opponents claimed the win with a 7-5 score in the second set.
LFA recorded a 4-1 win over visiting Northridge Prep.
No. 1 Singles: Carson Emery ’25 posted an impressive 6-1, 6-3 victory.
No. 2 Singles: Jimmy Yu ’24 dropped the opening set in a 7-5 tiebreaker before winning the second set to force a third set super tiebreaker. In the third set, he came up just short in a 10-7 deciding score in a great match.
No. 1 Doubles: Jax Kelly ’26 and Quinn Knight ’24 were dominant in a 6-1, 6-1 straight set win.
No. 2 Doubles: Robert Ding ’25 and Marvin Ma ’24 played nearly a perfect match with a 6-0, 6-2 win over their opponents.
No. 3 Doubles: Aarnav Shah ’25 and Nishant Narayanan ’27 continued their excellent play in a 6-1, 6-1 decision.

No. 2 Doubles: Jimmy Yu ’24 and Jim Nguyen ’24 had to go three sets to secure the win. After claiming the first set with a 6-3 score, the duo’s second-set comeback came up short in a 6-4 decision. The Caxys pulled away in the third set super tiebreaker and won with a score of 10-4.
No. 3 Doubles: Marvin Ma ’24 and Andrew Wong ’24 won in two sets with a 6-3 win in the first before rallying in a 7-5 win in the second set.
No. 4 Doubles: Toby Nelson ’24 and Teagan Hubbard ’24 didn’t drop a game in a 6-0, 6-0 win over their opponents.
The Caxys traveled to Stevenson on Monday afternoon for a dual match.
No. 1 Singles: Carson Emery ’25 posted a three-set super tiebreaker win over his opponent by scores of 1-6, 6-4, 10-8. He took a 5-2 advantage in the second set before clinching it at deuce to force the tiebreaker set. Tied at 8-8, Emery tallied the final two points to seal the victory.
No. 2 Singles: Jim Nguyen ’24 made his singles debut and dropped a two-set match.
No. 1 Doubles: The duo of Jax Kelly ’25 and Quinn Knight ’24 dropped the match by scores of 6-3, 6-4.
No. 2 Doubles: Jimmy Yu ’24 and Robert Ding ’25 saw a similar result in a 6-3, 6-4 decision in favor of the Stevenson duo.
No. 3 Doubles: Aarnav Shah ’25 and Nishant Narayanan ’27 faced a tough opponent in a defeat.
No. 4 Doubles: Benjamin Xu ’25 and Marvin Ma ’24 fell in two sets.
No. 5 Doubles: Isaac Park ’24 and Andrew Wong ’24 took an early lead, but the opponent came back in a 6-3, 6-3 decision over the Caxys.

The Caxys opened the season with a 5-0 defeat against visiting Francis Parker.
No. 1 Singles: Carson Emery ’25 played against a very strong opponent in his debut at the No. 1 singles slot. After a number of long rallies, Emery dropped his match by a 2-0 decision.
No. 2 Singles: Jimmy Yu ’24 dropped the first set and rallied in the second set, but came up short in a 2-0 final score.
No. 1 Doubles: Jim Nguyen ’24 and Jaxon Kelly ’26 played their first match at No. 1 and dropped the first set before improving in the second set in a 2-0 defeat.
No. 2 Doubles: Robert Ding ’25 and Quinn Knight ’24 dropped both sets in a back-and-forth match.
No. 3 Doubles: Toby Nelson ’24 and Aarnav Shah ’25 made their varsity debut and saw both sets finish at 6-4. After playing both sets to a 4-4 score, Francis Parker’s duo was able to squeeze out the final two sets.
