Mandy Montgomery

Girls Varsity Ice Hockey

Mandy Montgomery is head coach of the girls ice hockey team at Lake Forest Academy. In addition to coaching at LFA, Montgomery works at Oakton College in the athletic department as the Athletic Support and Compliance Specialist. Prior to Oakton, she worked in various roles in the NCAA for nearly 10 years as a women's ice hockey coach and administrator. Most recently at Elmira College, Montgomery helped guide the women's ice hockey team to an NCAA Division III Frozen Four appearance, while also serving as Interim Director of NCAA Compliance and Student-Athlete Success Coordinator. She previously coached at SUNY Canton, Colgate University, and her alma mater Sacred Heart University. She earned a Master's of Education from Elmira College and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Sacred Heart University.
